What is the Captain's Club?
PhuzzyBond's community rewards hub. Watch streams, earn PhuzzyBucks (PB), and spend them on games, perks, giveaways and bounties — all from thephuzz.com or the Twitch extension under the stream.
How do I join?
The easiest way: open the Captain's Club extension under the stream on twitch.tv/phuzzybond and grant it permissions. That automatically creates your account — it counts as your first login.
Then redeem the Captain's Pass channel-point reward while Phuzzy is live to activate your membership. You can also log in at thephuzz.com/captain-club with your Twitch account at any time. No Discord account needed.

How long does my Captain's Pass last?
Twitch subscribers: as long as your sub is active.
Everyone else: one week, and the timer resets to a full week every time you redeem the Captain's Pass channel-point reward. Every redeem also pays out PhuzzyBucks — redeeming once per stream is the maximum earning rate, and it builds your streak bonus (see PhuzzyBucks below).

Do I need Discord?
No. Linking Discord from your profile is optional, but it pays: every Captain's Pass redeem gives you +50 PB extra when your Discord is linked. It also adds Discord-side earning (/plunder in the Gold Vault) and lets the Quartermaster bot open a thread with you when you claim a bounty.

Can I earn PhuzzyBucks when Phuzzy isn't live?
Yes. MorePhuzzy (twitch.tv/morephuzzy) is an always-on channel that goes live whenever the main PhuzzyBond channel is offline. Watching it also earns PhuzzyBucks — at a slower rate than the main stream, since it runs 24/7. The Captain's Pass, streak bonus and Brainrot Rehab are main-channel only.
What is the streak bonus?
Redeem the Captain's Pass on 5 consecutive streams and you get +100 PB automatically. Keep the streak going for another +100 every 5 streams.
Where can I see my balance and history?
Your Profile at thephuzz.com/captain-club shows your balance, streak, recent activity and purchase history. The Twitch extension panel under the stream shows your live balance too.
🛒 The Shop
When does the shop restock?
Every day at 3:00 PM UTC — the shop page (thephuzz.com/captain-club?view=shop) shows the next restock in your local time zone. Upcoming items are previewed before they land, and a digest is posted to Discord.
How do shop cooldowns work?
There's a 1-day cooldown between any two redeems, plus a cooldown per category:
• Games, Exclusives, Xbox Game Pass — 27 days
• DLC & Gift Cards — 13 days
• Nitro — 30 days
• Plunder Pass — 54 days
• Cosmetics — 81 days

How do I receive my item?
If a key is in stock it's delivered instantly to your site inbox (thephuzz.com/notifications — the bell icon) and kept there for later. Otherwise Phuzzy sends it to you shortly after the redeem.
⭐ Perks
What are perks?
Extra rewards you buy with PhuzzyBucks at thephuzz.com/perks or in the extension: VIP Badge on Twitch (30 Days), Train Ticket, game-server passes and more. Some perks ask for a short text input (for example your in-game name). Each perk has its own cooldown.
How does the VIP Badge on Twitch (30 Days) perk work?
You get Twitch VIP on PhuzzyBond automatically for 30 days. It's removed automatically when it expires, and you can redeem it again once the cooldown is up.
What is Train Ticket?
It puts you on the public Sub Train (thephuzz.com/bottle-list) — the queue for the Sub Train. Every time the community reaches a Sub Train goal on Twitch, the train takes off and the top 5 people on the list get gifted a Twitch sub. Your bottle stays in the queue for 30 days; if no train takes off for you in that time, your PhuzzyBucks are refunded. Viewers who gift subs are honoured on the Vanguards roll.
What are server passes?
Passes for The Phuzz community game servers. Redeeming one whitelists you on the server automatically — see thephuzz.com/servers-and-clans for what's running and how to connect.
🎁 Giveaways & Bounties
How do giveaways work?
When a giveaway opens during a stream, spend PhuzzyBucks on tickets — more tickets, better odds. Your entries and win chance show on your Profile and in the extension. Winners are announced on stream and notified in their site inbox, and recent winners are listed on thephuzz.com/community.
How do bounties work?
Bounties are special tasks from The Phuzz crew, listed at thephuzz.com/bounties. Log in with an active Captain's Pass, put down the PhuzzyBucks deposit and claim it. The Quartermaster bot opens a thread with you on Discord to coordinate; deliver the task and you earn the reward.
🎬 Clips, Games & Community
Can I submit clips?
Yes — Captain's Pass holders can submit up to 3 clips per month (48 hours between submissions) at thephuzz.com/clips. They must be clips from the PhuzzyBond channel, not VODs or highlights. Approved clips are featured in the monthly highlights video on YouTube, with credit to whoever submitted them.
What is Brainrot Rehab?
The BRB word game. When Phuzzy steps away, a letter board appears on stream — type words made from those letters straight into chat. First to find a word claims it, and your PhuzzyBucks are paid to your balance when the break ends. Watch out for the decoy letter, and hunt for the hidden mystery word. Standings live at thephuzz.com/wordgame.
What's on the Community page?
thephuzz.com/community has the VIP Roster, Vanguards (gift-sub honour roll), the Leaderboard, Brainrot Rehab top players, the Sub Train and a live activity feed.

I redeemed something but nothing happened / my balance looks wrong
Give it a minute — redeems are verified against your balance and cooldowns before they're confirmed. Check your site inbox (thephuzz.com/notifications) for the confirmation or key. If it's still off, message a mod in Twitch chat or on Discord with your Twitch name and what you redeemed.
Can I support the channel without PhuzzyBucks?
