Here are answers to some common questions about The Phuzz Captain Club!

How do I join the Captain Club / get the required Discord role?

Accessing the Captain Club features requires you to be both a member of our Discord server and have the specific ‘Captain Club’ role assigned to you there. Here’s how you get involved:

Join the Discord: If you haven’t already, become a member of our community server: The Phuzz Discord
Get the ‘Captain Club’ Role: There are a few ways to obtain this role:
- Twitch Channel Points: Redeem the “Captain Pass” reward using Channel Points during our live streams on Twitch. Each redemption grants the role (and Captain Club access) for one week. Redeeming this reward regularly will reset the one-week timer, allowing for continuous access through active participation!
- Twitch Subscription: If you are an active Tier 1, 2, or 3 subscriber to PhuzzyBond’s Twitch channel, you automatically receive the Captain Club role. Your access duration is tied to your active subscription status.
- Ko-fi Support: Members actively supporting via Ko-fi also automatically receive the Captain Club role as a thank you. Similar to Twitch subs, access is linked to your ongoing support.
Connect on the Website: Once you have the role in Discord, visit the Captain Club page on this website and click “Connect with Discord”. This links your accounts and unlocks the features here.

(Remember: You must remain in The Phuzz Discord server for the connection and features to work).

What happens when my Captain Club access expires?

Your PhuzzyBucks balance never disappears, even if your Captain Club role expires!

Renewing with Twitch Points: If you gained access using the “Captain Pass” Channel Points reward, it normally lasts for one week. However, redeeming the Captain Pass again before it expires will reset the 7-day timer. Redeeming it consistently (e.g., once per stream, up to the allowed limit) helps maintain continuous access and also grants bonus PhuzzyBucks with each redemption!
Twitch Subs / Ko-fi: If your access is via a Twitch Subscription or Ko-fi support, it remains active as long as your subscription/support does.
What happens if my Membership Expires?: If your Captain Club role does expire (e.g., you don’t redeem the channel points in time, or sub/support ends), you will temporarily lose access to Captain Club perks like joining exclusive guilds or giveaways, and you won’t receive the weekly PhuzzyBucks drops until you regain the role. Your existing bucks are safe and will be waiting for you when you reactivate your access!

What are PhuzzyBucks (PB) and how do I earn them?

PhuzzyBucks are the exclusive virtual currency of The Phuzz community! You can check your balance using the widget in the top-right corner of this website when logged in. Here’s how you earn them:

On Twitch (twitch.tv/PhuzzyBond):

Watching: Earn PB just by watching PhuzzyBond’s stream (and our friends streams like RocketManKian & Icarius).
Chatting: Active participation in chat earns more PB (no spamming!).
Redeeming Captain’s Pass: Use Twitch Channel Points to redeem the “Captain’s Pass” once per stream for bonus PB (Twitch Subs and Ko-fi Supporters get a larger bonus!).
Double Rewards: Earn double PhuzzyBucks for watching non-Sea of Thieves streams.
Clip Challenge: Submit clips! Every Monday, the top 3 most-watched clips from the past week each earn 1000 PB for the clipper.

On Discord (The Phuzz Discord):

/Plunder Command: Use the /plunder command once a day in the #set-sail channel (look for ⭐│set-sail) to earn PB.
PhuzzyBuck Drops: Active Captain Club members receive a weekly drop of 100-250 PB every Tuesday (amount depends on rank).

On Minecraft:

Defeat Buck: Find and defeat the rare mob “Buck” on our community Minecraft server for a PB reward! He’s rare, but maybe not Shrouded Ghost rare. (Join info in the #server-info channel on Discord).

BONUS Activities:

Mod Support (Pally.gg): Donations via Pally.gg support our mods directly. As a thank you, you’ll receive 500 PhuzzyBucks once per month for donating!

Remember, the Captain Club is about fun and rewards, not pay-to-win!

How does the Shop work?

The Captain Club Shop allows logged-in members to spend their PhuzzyBucks on various items like digital games, exclusive cosmetic codes, community perks, and more.

Important: The shop on this website is currently for viewing items, costs, and availability only. To redeem an item, you must follow the instructions provided in our Discord.

How often does the Shop Restock?

The Captain Club Shop restocks every Tuesday! Check the Captain Club Page to see the Next Restock in your Local Timezone

How do I see my Bucks Balance / Membership Status?

Once you connect your Discord account on the Captain Club Page, a widget will appear in the top-right corner of the website showing your current PhuzzyBucks balance and your membership status (e.g., days remaining if applicable, Twitch Sub status, etc.).

Why do I need to connect Discord?

This is a Community based program, so the core of it run from our Discord server! Connecting your Discord account allows the website to securely verify:

That you are a member of The Phuzz Discord server.
That you have the required ‘Captain Club’ role.
Your unique Discord ID, so we can fetch your correct PhuzzyBucks balance and membership details from our community database.

Is the Captain Club free?

Yes! The Captain Club program itself is totally free to be a part of. Access is granted based on community participation (like using Twitch Channel Points) or through optional support methods (like Twitch Subs or Ko-fi). Spending PhuzzyBucks in the shop uses the virtual currency earned within the community.

Our Promise: There is absolutely nothing in the Captain Club hidden behind a Paywall, while some features like Subs and Donations give small bonuses to support the content and the community, this is completely optional. No feature in the Captain Club will ever be behind a paywall.
