Rules

Global Rules

• (1) => Make sure to keep builds, chat, signs, skins, names and item names civil and family friendly.
• (2) => No spamming or advertising in chat.
• (3) => Profanity, hate speech, racism, homophobia and abuse is not permitted.
• (4) => Drama and personal disputes should be handled in private. Should disputes require escalation, please submit a support ticket on discord (⁠create-a-ticket) or contact @Fortune Mod.
• (5a) => We have a zero tolerance policy for cheating, hacking, griefing, or intentionally causing lag intended to disrupt server performance.
• (5b) => This includes but is not limited to: XRay (in both hack form and texture pack form), FreeCam, NoLavaFog, auto-builder/miner programs or bots, programs like Tweakaroo, and Wurst or other hacked clients.
• (5c) => Litematica, Replay Mod, Optifine, autoclickers, fair-play minimaps, and other performance enhancing mods are allowed.
• (6) => Methods to bypass afk timers for the sole purpose of farming ranks is not allowed. This does not include AFKing at Manual or Automatic Farms.
• (7a) => It is up to the discretion of the Fortune Mods to determine punishments for rulebreakers. Typically, punishments will include, but are not limited to...
• (7b) => Minor or 1st time offenses (including afk rank farming, breaking chat rules, etc.) - Mutes, kicks, or 24hr temp bans.
• (7c) => Major offenses (including griefing, targeted harassment, etc.) - 3-7 day temp ban.
• (7d) => Extreme offenses or repeated major rule violations including (hate speech, cheating, lag machines, etc.) - 7-30 day temp bans, permanent bans, or IP bans.

Survival Rules

• (1) => All Rules stated in Global Server Rules apply on the Survival Server.
• (2) => Respect other players and their claimed builds, this means NO griefing, this is not an anarchy server.
• (2a) => In claimed areas, killing non-hostile entities or hostile entities intended for use in farms or griefing areas on the borders of a claim is included in this rule.
• (3) => Claims expire after not logging in for a set period of time depending on rank - see /ranks for details. Any unclaimed builds may be claimed, removed, or taken down by anyone and are considered “fair-game”.
